Several of our walking trails have dedicated websites, with advice on walking long distances and links to accommodation and interesting sights to look out for.

The Monnow Valley Walk is a shorter route following the river along the Welsh/English border to its meeting with the Wye at Monmouth. And the Wales Coastal Path aims to link to Offa's Dyke Path to create a long distance walking route that includes the entire perimeter of the country.
Route guides for many of these long distance trails, and a variety of shorter walking routes, are available from tourist information centres. The Monmouthshire Countryside Service also publishes much information on walking in the Wye Valley & Vale of Usk.
